For ADHD patients

Your treatment, tracked every step of the way.

Your dashboard shows exactly where your medication is — checked by a pharmacist, dispensed, dispatched, delivered — updating itself as it moves. No phone queues, no chasing, no wondering what happened after your appointment.

New patient? We've sent an email and text message to help you complete your first order.

Prescribed by your own clinic. Dispensed and delivered by us. Everything about your order lives in one place, whether it is your first prescription or your thirtieth.

Live order status

Verified, dispensed, dispatched, delivered — each step timestamped as it happens.

Tracking without asking

Courier tracking appears in your dashboard and comes to you by notification too.

Plain, discreet packaging

No pharmacy branding and nothing on the outside that names your medication.

A real pharmacy behind it

A GPhC-registered UK pharmacy — Hale Village Pharmacy, registration 1088488.

Who this is for

A good fit if you

  • Prescribe ADHD medication privately
  • Want to stop managing your own dispensing or courier relationships
  • Need auditable fulfilment that stands up to CQC or GPhC scrutiny
  • Are running enough volume to justify an integration

Not a fit if you

  • Need NHS FP10 dispensing
  • Want unlicensed medicines or specials manufacture
  • Are looking for a prescriber rather than a dispenser
  • Need dispensing outside the UK

How it works

Five steps from your prescribing screen to the patient's door. You are responsible for one of them.

  1. 1

    You prescribe

In your own system, on your own clinical judgement. Nothing about your consultation changes.

  2. 2

    The prescription reaches us

The electronic copy and its hash arrive digitally the moment you prescribe. The paper FP10PCD comes to us through the partner portal, at no cost to your clinic and with no logistics setup required.

  3. 3

    We verify

Prescriber identity and registration are checked against our verified prescriber register. The responsible pharmacist checks validity and legal requirements, and completes a clinical check before dispensing.

  4. 4

    We dispense

Picked, labelled and accuracy-checked at our registered pharmacy. Controlled drugs are handled under CD standard operating procedures with full register entries.

  5. 5

    We deliver

Tracked courier to the patient's address, with signature or PIN code required. Status flows back to your system automatically.

Where the 3-7 days is spent

A range, not an average. These are the things that move it.
Day 0
Day 0-1
Day 1-3
Day 2-7
Receipt and verification

Same working day for orders received before the cut-off.

Dispensing

Clinical check, pick, label, accuracy check.

Paper CD prescription in transit

The main driver of the range — 1-3 days on average.

Courier and verification at delivery

Service level, plus address or age verification checks where required.

Your admin team does not touch this. There is no packing, no courier account, no returns inbox — your clinician gets access to our partner portal to keep it simple.

Sending us a prescription

Two functions working in parallel, not two alternatives. The electronic side gets the order moving; the portal gets the paper to us, trackable and centrally costed.

API integration

An electronic copy of the prescription reaches us with an electronic hash the moment you prescribe. Prescriber details are verified and the order is prepped in anticipation of the paper copy, so nothing waits on the post except the final dispense.

Partner portal

Clinicians send the paper prescription to us through the Medy partner portal. It is trackable end to end, costs are centralised on our side, and the process is the same every time — no courier account, no postage to reconcile, no development work.

We help you stay compliant on FP10PCDs

Sending a paper Schedule 2 or 3 prescription carries obligations that sit with your clinic, not with us. We work with partner clinics on every regulatory aspect of it — how FP10PCDs are completed, how they are sent, and how they are stored so the arrangement stands up as GPhC compliant.

The API

Your prescribing system talks to ours directly. A prescription goes in once, and every update on it finds its way back to you — no re-keying, no chasing a status by email. We build the connection alongside your engineering team so it fits how you already work, and it's already running quietly for a partner clinic today.

What it does

  • Send us a prescription the moment it's raised, so nothing gets retyped by your team or ours
  • Get dispensing and delivery status pushed to you automatically as the order updates
  • Cancel a prescription you've already sent, if the patient's circumstances change

Risk and clinical governance

What we hold, who checks it, and what happens when something does not look right.

Prescriber verification

Every prescriber on a partner account is verified against their professional register before any prescription from them is dispensed. Registration status, prescribing annotation and identity are checked and recorded, and verified prescribers carry a visible verified marker in our clinician records. If a prescriber's status lapses, their prescriptions stop.

Documented risk assessment

We maintain a written risk assessment covering the partnership from the pharmacy side, revisited whenever the service changes. It covers prescriber assurance, prescription validity, controlled drug handling, delivery to the correct patient, and escalation where a prescription raises clinical concern. Partners can review it as part of due diligence.

Responsible pharmacist oversight

Every prescription receives a clinical check before dispensing. Our pharmacists will query a prescription with the prescriber where it falls outside expected parameters, and will decline to dispense where legally or clinically required. A pharmacy that never queries anything is not a pharmacy you want behind your prescribing.

Standard operating procedures

A maintained SOP set covering dispensing, controlled drugs, patient identification, delivery, incident reporting and complaints, reviewed on a defined cycle.

Governance in practice

Partner clinics get priority support and a named governance contact who knows the account, plus direct access to our pharmacy team when a case needs expert judgement rather than a ticket. Incidents affecting your patients are notified to you, service is reviewed with you on a regular cycle, and the audit trail behind any order is available on request.

Signed service agreement

Every partnership runs under a written agreement setting out responsibilities on both sides, including who is clinically responsible for what.

Service agreement summary, risk assessment overview and SLA.

Security and data

Written to be screenshotted into your DPIA. Every line describes what is in place today.

Encryption
TLS 1.2 or above in transit, AES-256 at rest, with keys managed separately from the data.
Access control
Role-based access on least privilege, MFA on every staff account, access reviewed on a defined cycle and revoked on the day a role ends.
Audit
Every access to and change of a patient record is logged with user, time and action, and retained in line with pharmacy record-keeping requirements.
Data residency
Patient data is held in the UK. Sub-processors are named in the data processing agreement, with no transfer outside the UK or EEA without a lawful transfer mechanism.
Legal basis and roles
Your clinic is controller for the clinical record. We are controller for the dispensing record we are legally required to keep, and processor where we act on your instruction. ICO registered, retention defined per record type, and a data processing agreement signed with every partner.
Certification and assurance
Independent penetration testing on a defined cycle with findings tracked to closure, supported by internal vulnerability scanning and staff information-governance training. Certifications held are evidenced in the partnership pack.
Business continuity
In-flight orders are held and processed on restoration, dispensing continues under paper-based fallback procedures, and partners are notified the same working day of any outage affecting dispatch.

Send us your security questionnaire or DPIA and we will complete it.

You prescribe. We do everything after that.

No obligation, and you will be speaking to a specialist rather than a salesperson.
