Medy's weight loss prices haven't changed since 24 July 2026. You pay one monthly price for your dose, covering your consultation, clinician reviews, prescription and medicine, plus £4.99 for tracked delivery. There's no sign-up fee and no automatic subscription: you see the full amount before we charge you, every month.

We can't control what manufacturers charge. When Lilly raised the UK price of Mounjaro by up to 170% in September 2025, many people saw their monthly cost jump at a few weeks' notice. What we can control is how you hear about a change, and that you never pay a price you haven't seen first.

When your price can change
Your dose changes. Each dose has its own price, listed above. When you ask to move up or down, you see the new price and charge date before a clinician approves it.
We change our prices. We'll email you at least 14 days before your next charge, and the new price shows on your weight submission screen, so you can pause or cancel first.
Price never decides your treatment. A Medy clinician recommends what's clinically right for you and won't prescribe a treatment that isn't suitable, whatever it costs.
How your medicine reaches you
Medy is a LillyDirect prescribing provider
Medy is registered with LillyDirect, Eli Lilly's UK dispensing and delivery service. When a Medy clinician prescribes Mounjaro or Foundayo, the prescription goes to a LillyDirect dispensing provider, which dispenses authentic Lilly-manufactured medicine and delivers it to your door, tracked and discreetly packed, with Mounjaro sent in cold-chain packaging.

What this means for you
Your clinician stays the same
Medy clinicians still assess you, approve every dose change and answer your questions. Lilly has no role in clinical decisions.

How to check any online provider, including us
Fake weight loss pens are a real risk. On 14 October 2026 the MHRA and West Midlands Police seized more than 12,000 counterfeit tirzepatide and retatrutide pens in a single Birmingham raid. Before you order from anyone:
Expect a consultation and a prescription. A genuine prescription-only medicine is never sold without both.
Check the pharmacy on the GPhC register. You can search any UK pharmacy on the GPhC's online register.
Walk away from sellers who skip the questions. No assessment usually means no regulation.
Report anything suspicious to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme.

Frequently asked questions
Am I eligible for weight loss treatment?
Usually, if your BMI is 30 or above, or 27 or above with a weight-related health condition. A Medy clinician checks your medical history and current medicines during your consultation and won't prescribe if treatment isn't suitable, for example if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Before your first prescription you'll also have a one-time video consultation from your phone, tablet or computer.
Has Medy put its weight loss prices up?
Not since 24 July 2026. Medy's prices for Mounjaro and Wegovy injections have stayed the same since then, and Wegovy tablets and Foundayo haven't changed since we started offering them in September 2026. If we ever change a price, we'll email you at least 14 days before your next charge.
Are there hidden fees on top of the monthly price?
No. The monthly price for your dose covers your consultation, prescription, clinician reviews and medicine, and injection orders come with needles, alcohol wipes and a sharps box. There's no sign-up or membership fee. The only other charge is £4.99 per order for tracked delivery, shown as its own line, and you see the total before anything is charged.
Is Medy an automatic subscription?
No. Nothing renews or is charged on its own. Each month you submit your weight and confirm your dose, and you see the total before anything is charged or sent. You can pause or cancel from My treatments before your next order.
Is Mounjaro from Medy genuine?
Yes. Medy prescribes Mounjaro through LillyDirect, Eli Lilly's own UK dispensing and delivery service, so your pens are dispensed by a LillyDirect dispensing provider from Lilly's supply route. Every order includes manufacturer-approved needles and alcohol wipes, and your first order includes a sharps box.
Who dispenses my medicine?
It depends on the treatment. Mounjaro and Foundayo are dispensed and delivered by a LillyDirect dispensing provider. Wegovy and Wegovy tablets are dispensed by Hale Village Pharmacy, Medy's GPhC-registered partner pharmacy. Either way, you order, pay and get support through your Medy account, and your monthly price is the same.
How long does delivery take?
Once a clinician approves your order, it's sent by tracked 48-hour delivery in plain, discreet packaging, with injections in cold-chain packaging. Delivery is £4.99 per order. Orders approved after 12:00 on Friday go out the next working day, and we don't dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays. Northern Ireland and some Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes are dispatched Monday to Thursday only.
What are the common side effects?
The most common are nausea, diarrhoea, constipation and reduced appetite, and they usually settle within 2 to 4 weeks. Serious side effects are rare but include pancreatitis and gallbladder problems. You can contact the clinical team through your Medy account, usually with a reply within 24 hours.
Can I switch from another provider?
Yes. Tell us your current medicine, dose and treatment history during your consultation. A Medy clinician decides the right dose for you, which may not be the same as your previous one.
